Kinetic: Private Fitness Log

Your Apple Watch day, in one private view. Kinetic logs your workouts, walks, rides, places and sleep on its own and lays them out on one automatic timeline. AUTOMATIC LOGGING • Nothing to start or stop. Kinetic logs your active day in the background. • Walks, rides, drives, places and sleep, logged for you. • Tag your gym once and every visit becomes a workout. • Apple Watch workouts like pickleball, jogs and surf sessions show up from Apple Health. YOUR DAY AS A JOURNAL • One timeline for every walk, drive, stop and workout, with times and durations. • Summary bubbles show sleep, steps, workouts and calories at a glance. • Swipe between days. Tap a bubble for details. WEEKLY AND MONTHLY VIEWS • Pull down from Today to see your week, then your month. • See how this week compares with last.
