Your DJ now speaks Japanese, Korean, French and German.
RanDJ is an AI DJ that hosts a show just for you. It picks songs from your Apple Music and says a few words between each one: where the song came from, the hour and the mood, and whatever you left it a message about. Late-night radio, on air for one listener. A FEW WORDS BETWEEN EVERY SONG Where the song came from, and something about the hour and the mood. Press play to go straight on air, leave the DJ a message first, or choose the first song yourself. LEAVE THE DJ A MESSAGE Type a few words or hold the key and say it. The DJ answers in its next break and works what you asked for into the show. PULL A SONG FROM THE CRATE Pick any song to play now or next. The DJ carries on from your choice. IT REMEMBERS YOU The songs you like and the things you've talked about. You can see and edit everything it remembers in Settings. YOUR OWN LIBRARY It learns your taste from your Apple Music library and what you've been playing lately, and songs you like are added to your Apple Music favorites. CHANGE THE ROOM A studio, a bar, a record shop, a beach shack, a mountain cabin. Tap the window to move; the sky follows your time of day. TUNE YOUR STATION Switch hosts and the language your DJ speaks (English, Mandarin or Cantonese) in Presets, and turn the tone knob to hear the DJ through an AM set or a valve radio. THE METER ONLY RUNS WHILE THE DJ TALKS Talk time counts only while the DJ is speaking; music is free. You get 8 free minutes a day, about 11 songs' worth of talk, reset at midnight. Want more? Buy talk time in the app: it's used after the free minutes and never expires. When talk time runs out the music keeps going: the DJ clocks off and an Apple Music station takes over. PRIVACY No ads, no selling your data, no tracking you across apps. You can see and edit everything the DJ remembers, and deleting your account erases its memories, your conversations and your listening history from our servers. Apple Music subscription required.
