Rupteur Sensor turns your phone into the acceleration sensor for Rupteur, the engine sound simulator for Tesla. In a Tesla, the browser can't see the pedal or the car's accelerometer: Rupteur works out how hard the engine is pulling from the GPS, which means only once the car has already picked up speed. With Rupteur Sensor, your phone feels the push as it happens and sends it to your car almost instantly. You press, the engine roars. At the same time. And it keeps going with the screen locked: put your phone down and forget it. How it works: 1. In your Tesla, open Rupteur and tap "GPS + phone" under Source: a QR code appears. 2. In Rupteur Sensor, tap "Scan the car's QR code" and scan it. 3. Put the phone in a holder or the tray, any way round. Accelerate firmly once or twice: it calibrates itself. Nothing is recorded: the readings go from your phone to your car, that's all. No account, no ads. Rupteur Sensor requires Rupteur (rupteur.app), opened in your Tesla's browser.
