Unroll your life into a ruler. Every day is a mark of your own. Ruler starts with your birthday, shows the days you have lived, and gives you a place to keep moments in words, photos and your voice. See your time Enter your birthday to view your age, elapsed days and which day of your life you are on. Start with an 80-year ruler, or choose a length from 1 to 150 years. This is a personal time reference you can change, and your story can continue beyond its end. From years to days Drag the horizontal ruler and pinch to zoom smoothly from years to individual days. Three year, month and day wheels help you choose a date. Return to today with a tap. Capture this moment Keep one entry for each day, with text, up to 6 photos and one voice recording of up to 5 minutes. Look back, add a memory or edit any day from your birthday through today. A moment on your wrist The Apple Watch companion lets you browse the ruler, turn the Digital Crown to zoom, choose a date and capture a moment in text or voice. Set your birthday on the paired iPhone first. Watch entries are saved locally, then queued for delivery to iPhone. Leave text and voice empty to save a simple check-in. Keep your own records Everyday entries are stored locally on your devices. No account is needed. Create a complete backup by hand, save it on the device or export it through Files to iCloud Drive or another location. Preview entry, photo and recording counts before restoring. Confirming a restore replaces your current data. Backups are manual: new entries are not added to an older file automatically. Export a copy outside the app before uninstalling if you want to keep it. Use a familiar language Choose Simplified Chinese, English or Spanish. Changing the interface language leaves your own writing as you wrote it. A day, a mark, a life to remember.
