MeterChamp is a work app for Harmony Communities staff and park managers. It is not for the public: Harmony Communities creates every account, and you need one to sign in. Park staff use MeterChamp to photograph the water, electric and gas meters in their park and record each month's readings. What you can do: - Sign in with the work email and password Harmony Communities gave you. - See the parks you are assigned to, switch between them, and follow this month's progress. - Photograph a meter. The app finds the meter in the camera view on your phone and lets you take the photo once the meter is in frame. - Light a dark meter. The flashlight button under the camera-flip button stays on for 30 seconds while a ring counts down, then turns itself off. On the back camera it uses the phone's flashlight; on the front camera the screen turns white around the scan box and goes to full brightness, then back to your own setting. - Confirm the unit and the meter type, and type the reading if you can see it. The app warns you when a reading looks lower than the last one or unusually high. - Keep working without signal. Photos are saved on your phone and upload when you are back in signal with the app open. - Track each photo after it uploads, and see an alert when the office asks for a retake or rejects a photo. - Pull down on the Dashboard or Track screen to refresh it. - Open the guides, videos and answers in Help. MeterChamp does not collect your location, shows no ads and has no in-app purchases. Questions about your account? Contact your Harmony Communities office.
