RoomScan guides you through scanning a room with your iPhone's LiDAR Scanner and turns it into an editable 3D floor plan. SCAN • On-screen coaching guides you around the room while walls, doors, windows, and furniture are detected in real time. REVIEW AND EDIT • Explore the 3D model and select walls, doors, windows, and objects to see their dimensions in feet and inches. • Resize, rename, move, or delete elements, and add new doors, windows, or objects. EXPORT • Export the scan as USDZ (3D model), JSON (room data), or AutoCAD DXF (2D floor plan). • Save the files to the Files app or any location you choose. • ArcGIS Pro can import USDZ directly. For ARA 3D Studio, convert USDZ to GLB or glTF with a tool such as Blender. • Tap New Scan to start the next room. PRIVACY • Everything is processed on your device. RoomScan does not collect any data. REQUIREMENTS • An iPhone with a LiDAR Scanner (iPhone 12 Pro or later Pro models) running iOS 17.6 or later. RoomScan is developed by VIS Lab.
