Your model talks back after every weigh-in: how far to the next figure, a Start outline, and a milestone card when your figure changes. Weights in stones. Reminders at your pace, with a nudge if you drift. Reached your goal? Celebrate, keep the weight, or set a new one. Connect Apple Health in one tap when you sign up. Premium: track bust, waist and hips, a daily habits checklist with your Health numbers beside your model, and see any boutique outfit on your own goal figure.
See yourself at your goal weight before you get there. Model My Diet is a body visualizer for women: it builds a figure from your height, weight and body shape, then shows you at your goal weight next to where you started, from the front, side and back. Use it alongside whatever you are doing to lose weight, whether that is a diet, more exercise or a GLP-1 medication. Weigh in to keep your weight, BMI and pounds to go up to date, keep your weigh-in streak going, and sync your weight with Apple Health. Make the figure yours with skin tone, hair, face, bust and shape (hourglass, pear or apple), in pounds or kilograms, and dress it from your closet to see your goal outfit. Premium adds a weight trend graph that shows where your weight is heading, private progress photos you can match to your graph, the full outfit boutique and a PIN lock. The original virtual model based on thousands of full 3D body scans. This tool does not provide medical advice. This App helps motivate people to set and reach personal weight goals. We believe everyone is different and beautiful in their own right. There is no such thing as a universal perfect body. By setting personal goals that are right for you, you can work towards and maintain your goal weight, while leading a happy and healthy lifestyle.
