The general section lets you convert your measurements of: - Syrup/Butter/Taffy/Sugar - Concentration - Weight - Pressure - Temperature - Distance - Surface Area - Volume - Speed - Force - Energy - Power The maple syrup section allows you to calculate: - the volume of water based on tube length - the tank volume - a cleaning solution - osmosis (pure water permeability) - the volume of an evaporator - the boiling point - the evaporation rate - the sap/concentrate/syrup concentration - diatomaceous earth - the amount of water to add to reduce a syrup to around 66 °Brix - the mixture required to obtain a syrup around 66 °Brix - the transmittance of a syrup mixture - the volume to mix to achieve a given transmittance - the price of the maple syrup - the specific weight of a solution based on °Brix at 20°C The application also includes a French version.
