School Admin is the BioPass app for school staff. Manage your school's day-to-day from your phone, wherever you are in the building. Part of BioPass, the platform schools use to run attendance, safety and communication, School Admin gives authorised staff a fast, simple view of what is happening and the tools to act on it. WHAT YOU CAN DO • See attendance as it happens: who has arrived, who is late, who has left • Look up and update students and staff, including classes and photos • Choose the events you want to be told about, and how: notifications or messages • Write a person's identity onto an NFC card or tag • Use one phone for several staff, each with their own account and an optional quick PIN • Keep working with a weak connection: what you have opened stays on your phone • Support administrators can record how names are pronounced for the school's devices SECURE BY DESIGN • Sign in with the account your school created for you • You only ever see your own school's information, and only what your rights allow • Your school's administrators control who has access and can end a session at any time AND IT KEEPS GROWING We keep adding tools for school staff, so the app grows with your school.
