Fast Track AI is the mobile companion to your Fast Track CRM. Sign in to your brand's environment and talk to an assistant that knows your players, segments, campaigns and activities. What you can do • Ask questions about your player base in plain language and get answers with tables, charts and figures. • Build and refine player segments in a conversation, preview the matching criteria and open them in the backoffice. • Draft campaigns, activities and triggers from a chat and review the result before you activate anything. • Continue any conversation from the backoffice on your phone: chats are synced with your environment. • Dictate questions with the microphone or attach files and screenshots for context. • Get a notification when a longer analysis finishes while the app is in the background. Built for partners The app works with your own Fast Track environment. Enter the environment name you use in the browser, sign in with the same account, and everything stays inside that environment. There is no separate Fast Track AI account and nothing is shared between brands. Security • Sign-in uses your environment's single sign-on. • The app locks with your fingerprint, face or device passcode after five minutes in the background. • All traffic goes over HTTPS to your environment.
