Operator X is the companion app for Kiosk-X unattended retail. If you own or operate Kiosk-X smart vending machines or power bank stations, Operator X puts your whole fleet in your pocket. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Fleet overview – see every machine, its online status, current stock level and today’s sales at a glance. • Sales & revenue – daily, weekly and monthly totals per machine and across the fleet, with per-product breakdowns. • Stock & planogram – know exactly what is in each slot, what is running low and what needs to be restocked next. • Faults & alerts – get notified when a machine goes offline, a payment terminal fails or a slot jams, and see the fault history. • Restock runs – plan and record restock visits, confirm what was loaded and keep your inventory in sync. • Team & crew – invite restockers, drivers and viewers, assign machines and control what each person can see and do. • Machine control – remotely check a machine, view its recent transactions, talk through the cabinet speaker and open the storefront your customers see. BUILT FOR OPERATORS Operator X is designed for the people who keep vending fleets running: owners, route managers and field crews. It works on phones and tablets, is fast on mobile data, and shows the same live data as the Kiosk-X web console. SIGN-IN REQUIRED Operator X is for Kiosk-X customers. PERMISSIONS (all requested only when you use the feature) • Camera – scan the QR code on a machine to register it. • Microphone – hold-to-talk announcements through a machine’s speaker. • Location – pin a machine on the fleet map using your current position. • Internet – sync with the Kiosk-X cloud.
