First release of My Clinical Writer for Android: record or dictate sessions (recording continues with the screen off), get transcripts, key points and draft notes in your own templates.
Dictate sessions and get transcripts and draft clinical notes in your templates.
My Clinical Writer turns what you say into clinical documentation. Record a session or dictate your notes on your phone, and the app returns a transcript, the key points and a draft note in the structure you already use, ready for you to review, edit and sign off. Built for clinicians who write a lot of notes • Record in-person sessions or dictate after them. Recording keeps going when you lock the phone or switch to another app, with a notification showing it is recording, until you tap Stop. • Get a transcript and key points, then a draft report generated from your own templates (SOAP, DAP, BIRP, progress notes, intake assessments and more). • Use your existing templates and report settings from your My Clinical Writer account. • Review, edit and copy the draft, or share it as a Word document. • Find past recordings and reports with search. Pull down on any page to refresh it. Your account, your data • Sign in with your My Clinical Writer email and password. Accounts with multi-factor authentication receive a verification code by email. • Your sign-in is stored encrypted on this device. • Audio and notes go only to your own account, over an encrypted connection, to be transcribed and drafted. • You can delete your account from Account Settings in the app. See myclinicalwriter.ai/delete-account for what is deleted and kept. Requires a My Clinical Writer account, created at myclinicalwriter.ai. My Clinical Writer is a documentation tool for licensed professionals. It does not diagnose, treat or give clinical advice, and it is not a substitute for professional judgement: you remain responsible for reviewing every note before it is used. It is not intended for use in emergencies.
