Overseas not only connects the individuals processing necessary skill sets with the other individuals who are looking for those skill sets across different geographies but also the necessary technology to continuously capture videos of new skills learned by the individuals, organize the contents using sophisticated automation, develop an extremely credible video profile of an individual which will be nonpareil in terms of its authenticity, creativity, marketability and the democratic approach. Overseas believes in a near future labour market where employers will not be solely dependent on the information provided by the candidates or their academic degrees. Rather, they will be able to see the prospective candidates’ hands-on skills even before starting the hiring process.
