Credit card overspending prevention and budget management app
Credit Card Management is a dedicated credit card usage management app for people who tend to overspend on their credit cards or who have multiple cards and lose track of "how much they've spent this month" and "when and how much will be deducted from each card." Simply enter the amount after each use. You'll instantly see your monthly spending, remaining budget, and payment schedule for each card. No bank or credit card company integration or account registration is required. 【Recommended for people who:】 ・Overspend mid-month because money doesn't decrease instantly with credit cards. ・Cannot calculate how much will be deducted next month because each card has a different billing and payment date. ・Don't know which card they're using to pay for subscriptions and fixed expenses. ・Couldn't stick to a household budget but want to manage their credit card spending. 【Frequently Asked Questions】 Q. Can I see how much I have left to spend this month? A. Once you set a monthly budget, the home screen will display "Remaining Budget" and "Estimated Daily Spending." When you exceed 80% of your budget, it will be indicated by a color change and the amount remaining until you reach your budget. If you exceed the budget, it will show the amount you have exceeded. Q. Can I check the payment amounts for multiple cards at once? A. By registering the closing date (end of the month is also acceptable), payment date, and payment month (next month or the month after) for each card, the payment schedule tab will display the billing amount for each payment date and the monthly withdrawal total. Each bill shows its status as "In Use," "Confirmed," or "Paid," and tapping it opens a list of usage for that billing period. Q. Can I manage subscriptions and fixed expenses? A. By registering the monthly or yearly billing date and amount, it will automatically record usage on that day. Even if you haven't opened the app for a while, it will record past usage. The list shows the monthly equivalent total and can be filtered by card, month, or year. Q. Is inputting data cumbersome? A. There is a "Record" button for each card on the home screen; pressing it starts with entering the amount. If you register frequently purchased items as favorites, you can record them simply by selecting them using the star button. Q. Is the usage history automatically imported? A. No. This app does not automatically sync; you record your purchases manually. 【Main Features】 • This month's spending (total across all cards) and month-on-month comparison • Monthly budget progress bar, remaining budget, and daily target • Spending amount by card and percentage of budget by card • Switch months to view past months • Enter amount, category, date, and memo • Edit/delete history, and change the recording destination card is also possible • Billing amount by payment date and monthly withdrawal total • Estimated amount for the following month • Usage list by billing period • Monthly usage list and total, daily average • Filter by card and category • Breakdown by category and automatically calculated subscription amount • Annual total usage, monthly average, highest month, year-on-year comparison • 12-month monthly graph (based on usage date) • Month Breakdown by category (Tap to view that month's history) * Annual total by card * Automatic monthly or annual billing, stop/restart * List and total of automatically recorded usage for each subscription * Register card name, brand, last 4 digits, color, closing date, and payment date * Sort and archive cards (records remain) * 12 initial categories such as food, dining out/cafes, communication, utilities/housing * Add, edit, rearrange categories, and change icons and colors * Save and share all data in a ZIP file for restoration when changing devices, etc. [Things Not Supported] Installment payments, revolving payments, bonus payments, cash and bank account management, and automatic retrieval of card statements are not supported.
