My Shop is the companion app for clubs selling kit and merchandise through The Merch Labs. Sign in with the same email and password you use on the My Shop website, and keep on top of your club shop from anywhere. ORDERS See every order as it comes in, search by customer name or order number, and filter by stage or delivery method. Open an order to see the items, the customer's details and what they paid. COLLECTIONS See who is waiting to collect, mark orders as handed over while you are at the clubhouse, and send a reminder to anyone who hasn't picked theirs up yet. Marking an order as handed over works even on a poor signal. APPROVALS Review new kit designs and listings before they go live, approve them, or leave a comment for the Merch Labs team. PAYOUTS Track what your club has earned, and see the orders that make up each payout. NOTIFICATIONS Get a notification when a new order arrives, when items are ready to collect, or when something is waiting for your approval.
