Recipe apps give you someone else's recipe. BakeGenie adapts to your kitchen, your ingredients, and your fails. RESCUE A BAKE THAT WENT WRONG Sunken cake? Dense bread? Cracked cheesecake? Photograph it and we read the crumb, the dome and the colour, tell you what actually happened, and give you the exact changes for next time. Nothing else on Play does this. BAKE WITH WHAT YOU HAVE "Two eggs, no butter, and only a 9-inch tin." Tell us what is really in your kitchen and we rewrite the whole recipe — correct ratios, temperatures and timings, calculated rather than guessed. GUIDED BAKE MODE Step-by-step guidance with built-in timers that keep running when your phone is in your pocket, and visual checkpoints for the moments that matter. No more wondering whether that is stiff peaks. A CONVERTER THAT WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL Cups to grams for every common ingredient. Pan conversions with the real scale factor. Altitude adjustments from 3,000 feet up. All of it offline, because kitchens have bad wifi. REAL NUMBERS, NOT VAGUE ADVICE Pan scaling, weight conversions and altitude adjustments are calculated by a deterministic engine, not generated. When we say a 9-inch round needs 1.27x the batter of an 8-inch, that is arithmetic you can check. WHAT IT COSTS Free while we are in testing. Three AI actions a week — a rescue, a recipe rewrite, a mid-bake checkpoint — resetting every Monday. The converter, the pan scaling and the altitude adjustments are unlimited and work with no signal at all, because none of that needs a model. Recipes and diagnoses are generated by AI and can be wrong. Check anything to do with food safety or allergens yourself — always read the labels.
