Practise the 50 most common interview questions with an AI coach. Works offline.
MCIQ is your personal AI interview coach for the 50 most common interview questions. Type your answer to a question like "Tell me about yourself" or "What is your greatest weakness?". A few seconds later the coach marks it out of 10, tells you which points you covered and what to add, and shows you a model answer. Then try again and watch your score improve. HOW IT WORKS • Pick a question, or work through all 50 in order • Type your answer in your own words • The coach checks it against four points that a strong answer to that question covers • You get a mark out of 10, a line of feedback, and a tip for every point you missed • Open the model answer to see one way of doing it well • Tap Try again as often as you like. Your best score for each question is kept THE 50 QUESTIONS The questions are the ones that come up in interviews for almost any job: about you, your strengths and weaknesses, deadlines, pressure, teamwork, conflict, mistakes, leadership, how you like to work and where you are heading. You can answer all of them from your own experience. There is no CV to upload and no job description to paste in. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS "All questions" lists the 50 questions with your best score for each, how many you have attempted and your average. Tap any question to go back to it. Reset a question to clear your answers and start it again. PRIVATE, AND IT WORKS OFFLINE The coach is an AI model that runs on your phone. Your answers are marked on the device and are never sent to us or to anyone else. Marking works with no internet connection: on a train, on a plane, or in the waiting room before the interview. No account and no sign-up. FREE, NO ADS MCIQ is free, with no ads and no in-app purchases. GOOD TO KNOW • The feedback is written by AI. It can be wrong, and it can miss things. Treat it as practice guidance, not professional careers advice. If a mark or a comment looks wrong or inappropriate, tap Report under the coach's notes to tell us. • Practice helps, but no app can promise you a job. MCIQ helps you prepare clearer, fuller answers. • The coach looks at what your answer covers. It does not check your facts, your grammar or how you speak. • Answers are typed and are in English. • The coach model is included in the app, so the download is large (about 850 MB) and the app needs about 1.2 GB of free memory while you practise. • Light and dark mode. Built with Llama. The coach is a fine-tuned Llama 3.2 model, used under the Llama 3.2 Community License. Copyright © Meta Platforms, Inc. All Rights Reserved.
