Rental HQ

Rental HQ on your phone, for the people who prep, deliver and run the kit. This is the app for live events hire companies that run on Rental HQ. Crew, warehouse and office staff all use the same app, and each person sees what their role needs. You sign in with the Rental HQ account your company gave you: your company adds you from the Rental HQ portal, so there is no sign-up in the app. Today: what is out now, what goes out next, deliveries to book in and kit that is overdue back, on one screen. Jobs: every job, searchable by reference, client, venue, PO or project. Open one for its status, equipment list, day sheet, hotels, venue notes and files, and move it on to its next step. Office staff can start a new opportunity and edit a job from the phone. Smart Scan: scan barcodes with the phone's camera, a Bluetooth or USB scanner, or a rugged handheld with a built-in scanner. Each scan does the right thing for the job: prep it, pack it into a case, load it on a van, send it out or check it back in. Type the barcode when a label is worn. Availability: how many of a product are free between two dates, and which jobs hold the rest. Messages: every job has its own conversation, live, with photos and files, so the crew, the warehouse and the office talk in one place. My Jobs: the work you are booked on and your schedule. Accept or decline a shift with the whole offer in front of you, and mark the dates you cannot work. Deliveries: book in what has arrived, with counts and a signature. Assets: scan any item to look it up, and build cases from the phone. Nearby: food, coffee and supplies near the venue. Notifications: job messages, shift invitations and job updates, each one switched on or off as you like. Sign in with your fingerprint or face, and choose Dark or Light.
