Make shift scheduling easy. ShiftTune takes care of shift scheduling for small workplaces, from collecting your staff's requests to building and sharing the schedule. ■ Sound familiar? - Requests arrive on paper and in chat apps, and collating them takes ages - Building the schedule by hand while watching streaks and rest takes hours every month - Weekends and night shifts keep falling on the same people - Someone always misses the request deadline ■ Three steps with ShiftTune 1. Collect: share one link or QR code. Staff don't install anything: they open it in a browser and tap ○ (can work), △ (if needed) or × (cannot work). 2. Build: tap Build schedule, and a mathematical optimization engine weighs every request and rule together and builds the schedule in minutes. 3. Share: publishing emails your staff, and anyone with a view link can see the schedule without an account. ■ Your workplace rules, as they are - Maximum consecutive working days, minimum rest between shifts, minimum days off in any 7 days - Headcount per role or skill, such as "at least one leader in every time slot" - Pair a newcomer with a trainer, or keep two people apart - Spread total hours, weekends, holidays and night shifts evenly across staff - Make each rule a must, or a preference with a priority from 1 to 5 ■ It doesn't stop when nothing fits When no schedule can meet every rule, ShiftTune suggests a fix, such as which slot's headcount to lower and by how much. Understaffed slots are flagged before you publish, and you can tap any cell to adjust the schedule by hand. ■ Less chasing for requests - See at a glance who has submitted, and email a reminder only to those who haven't - Staff can fill everything with ○, set a whole weekday at once, or load their last requests - Requests stay editable until the deadline - Set headcount in bulk for weekdays, weekends and holidays, and the days before them, and add Japanese public holidays from a list ■ Made for Restaurants, shops, care homes and other workplaces that schedule from a few to about 50 people. Available in Japanese and English. ■ Pricing Free to use. Up to 3 workplaces per account, up to 50 staff per workplace, and up to 20 automatic schedule builds per month (up to 10 minutes each). The browser version is a trial, with limits on staff, period length and more. ■ Notes - An internet connection is required to build schedules and to submit requests. - Staff need a Google account to submit requests. - ShiftTune does not guarantee that generated schedules comply with labor laws and regulations. Managers are responsible for reviewing the settings and the results. ■ Contact support@shift-tune.com
