Simpl: Workout Notes & Tracker

Simpl is a focused workout notebook built around your calendar. Plan workouts, log sets, and keep training notes on the day they happened. Instead of forcing every workout into a rigid form, Simpl gives you a flexible writing space for the details that matter to you. Key features: • Calendar-based workout planning and notes • Markdown editing for structured training logs • Fast search across your workout history • Training profile for your goals, equipment, and preferences • Optional Health Connect workout imports • Reviewable AI-generated workout proposals • Light and dark appearance Connect Health Connect to import completed exercise sessions, including duration, distance, and active calories when available. Health access is optional and read-only. Simpl does not read routes, location, heart rate, sleep, or other detailed biometric data, and it never writes data to Health Connect. You remain in control of AI-assisted planning. Suggestions are presented for review before they become workout notes. Your workout summaries are stored only to support Simpl’s workout-note and synchronization features. Simpl does not sell personal data or use advertising SDKs. You can disconnect Health Connect, delete imported workout summaries, sign out, or delete your Simpl account from Settings.
