Your phone knows more about the world than most apps ever ask it. SIMT unlocks that potential. SIMT is not simply an app. It is a complete, offline-first spatial toolkit for Android and Wear OS, built to help you plan, navigate, track, measure, share and explore wherever life takes you. From an underground car park where GPS disappears to a remote trail, a crowded stadium, a building site or a night beneath the stars, SIMT keeps working when ordinary map apps reach their limits. KNOW YOUR DIRECTION Navigate with a precision compass that displays true and magnetic north alongside the places that matter to you. Save destinations from maps, coordinates, photos, QR codes or notes, organize them into collections, and choose from thousands of built-in locations. SIMT combines satellite, motion and magnetic information with the World Magnetic Model to deliver stable, dependable bearings. KEEP TRACK WHEN GPS FADES Lost the blue dot underground? Track+ combines step detection, camera motion, barometric altitude and device sensors to record your movement through garages, buildings and other weak-signal environments. Mark checkpoints, follow your trail and find your way back, even when conventional navigation cannot see you. SHARE WITHOUT THE INTERNET With Link+, nearby devices can share live positions over local Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi Direct. Start a connection with an NFC tap and stay coordinated in festivals, stadiums, campuses, remote sites and other places where mobile networks become unreliable. No tower. No roaming. No cloud required. MEASURE THE WORLD AROUND YOU Turn your phone into a practical field instrument: • Measure distances and areas with augmented reality • Use a calibrated on-screen ruler for quick measurements • Check level, pitch and roll with the digital plumb bob • Visualize destinations through your camera with Iris • Point toward landmarks, planets and satellites without requiring ARCore Whether you are arranging furniture, scouting a location, documenting a site or satisfying your curiosity, SIMT gives space a usable language. UNLOCK ADVANCED GNSS On compatible Android devices, SIMT reads raw measurements from GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, BeiDou and other satellite constellations. Its independent positioning engine applies atmospheric corrections, dual-frequency processing and carrier smoothing. With supported hardware and an optional NTRIP correction source, SIMT can approach centimeter-class RTK positioning. Serious positioning technology, carried in your pocket. CARRY THE SKY WITH YOU SIMT does not stop at the horizon. Follow the Sun, Moon, planets, satellites and deep-sky targets. Explore Moon phases, eclipses and conjunctions. Travel through a live Orrery across decades of celestial motion, or find the Qibla with precise, accessible guidance. The astronomical calculations happen on your device, so the sky remains available in airplane mode. NAVIGATE FROM YOUR WRIST Sync targets with the Wear OS companion and keep your direction, distance and destination close without holding your phone. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your targets, images and settings remain on your device unless you choose otherwise. Optional backup is available when you want it, while SIMT’s essential tools are designed to work locally. • Offline-first • No forced advertising • No feature paywalls • Optional backup • TalkBack-friendly guidance and haptic feedback • Available in English, Arabic, French and Spanish The name SIMT comes from the Arabic word samt, meaning “direction,” the same root that gave us azimuth, zenith and nadir. A compass once answered one question: Which way? SIMT goes further: Where am I? Where is it? Where have I been? What is above me? Plan. Track. Measure. Explore. Carry one app instead of ten.
