Track peptides, supplements & meds — dose logs, sites, inventory & trends.
Stack is a personal tracker for peptides, supplements and medications. It's built for a whole stack: several compounds on different schedules, injections and oral doses side by side, and vials that run down. Stack is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Daily logging See what's due today, grouped by time of day. Mark a dose taken with one tap, and tap again to undo it. Adjust the amount for just that day without changing your regular dose. Forgot to log yesterday? Step back a day and log it there. Injection site rotation A body diagram suggests the site you've used least recently, and marks any site where you noted a reaction last time, such as sting, pain or redness. Inventory by amount Enter how much is in a vial, and Stack subtracts the amount of every dose you log, not just a count. Track kits of several vials too. A vial or kit that's running low says so before you run out. Reconstitution calculator Enter the vial, the water and your dose to get the units to draw on a U-100 syringe, or enter units to see the dose they hold. It works for a single peptide, a blend of several in one vial, or a nasal spray, with a drawing of the syringe. Labs and trends Log bloodwork over time and see it charted beside the dates your doses changed, so you can compare the two yourself. Trends shows a 12-week calendar of the doses you logged and missed, your streak, and a timing chart that shows whether your doses are drifting later or earlier. Reference library Evidence level, approval status and cautions for 66 peptides and supplements. General reference information, labeled as such, not a recommendation. Your data stays on your phone There's no account and no login. Everything you log is stored only on your device. It is never uploaded, never sold and never shared. Export a full backup whenever you like. Stack keeps a record and does arithmetic on the numbers you enter. It does not give medical advice, diagnoses or dosing recommendations. Talk to a healthcare professional about anything you take.
