VitalYou is a culturally aware wellness companion for adults. It helps you plan and log food, stay active, drink enough water and follow your progress — built around the foods you love, your household, your schedule and the pace you choose. LOG IN SECONDS Tap Log and pick how: snap or upload a food photo, scan a barcode or nutrition label, choose a reusable favourite, or type it in. Review the suggested dish, portion and calories before anything is saved. Drinks, water and appetite check-ins live in the same place. PLAN FOOD FOR REAL LIFE Build meal plans and grocery lists around culturally familiar cuisines and a shared family table. One base meal can include personal portions and sides for everyone at home. Recipe lens turns a photo or description of a dish into a recipe you can cook. YOUR TASTE, YOUR PACE Choose your cuisines in the Taste palette, set goals, meal times and reminders, and pick an Easy, Moderate, Hard or Driven pace. VitalYou explains how each choice shapes your plan. MOVE AND TRACK PROGRESS Keep meals and movement in one daily plan. Follow weight, activity, water and consistency trends without letting one number define you. HEALTH CONNECT With your permission, VitalYou reads steps, active calories, exercise and weight from Health Connect, so your watch, smart scale and other apps feed your progress automatically. Weight and water you log in VitalYou can be saved back to Health Connect. You can disconnect at any time. VITAL COACH Ask the text or voice Coach for everyday food and movement ideas that fit what you've already eaten and done today. VitalYou asks for your permission before any AI request, and you can keep using every manual feature without it. ONE ACCOUNT, EVERY DEVICE Your history, tastes, settings and preferences follow your VitalYou account across Android, iPhone and the web. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your data is encrypted in transit, never sold, and never used for advertising. Export or delete your data, or your whole account, at any time from Menu → Your data. VITALYOU PREMIUM Premium unlocks the AI Coach with voice and memory, AI meal and restaurant planning, Recipe lens and camera food analysis. Monthly and annual plans are billed through Google Play, renew automatically, and can be cancelled anytime in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. VitalYou is a general-wellness app. It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it does not replace a qualified healthcare professional.
