BariCalc

BariCalc organizes progress before and after bariatric surgery and lets patients share selected information with authorized care professionals. For patients: Record weight and review BMI, total weight loss, weight regain and excess weight loss. Keep progress photos private, create PDF reports, connect by a one-time code, and receive reports, assessments, goals and follow-up notes. Step data can be viewed through Health Connect when available. For professionals: Review authorized patient data and charts, record weight, correct clinical information, create identified PDF reports with an optional assessment, and register encounters, goals, reviews and follow-up dates. Privacy: Patients control their professional connections. Progress photos stay private and are not included in reports. BariCalc does not sell personal or health data. Compatibility: Step synchronization requires Android 9 or later, Google Play services, user permission, and a compatible source of step data. Android 9–13 may require Health Connect to be installed; Android 14 or later integrates it into the system. Other BariCalc features remain available when Health Connect is unavailable. BariCalc is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, prescription or treatment. Its calculations, charts and reports support follow-up and do not replace care from qualified health professionals.
