Real-time queue management. See the line. Take your turn.
LoadQ is a real-time queue management app. See the line, take your turn — without standing in it. Whether it's a shared ride, a service counter, a pickup spot, or any place where people wait their turn, LoadQ shows you the live queue from your phone. You only show up when it's almost your turn. FOR PEOPLE IN LINE • See exactly how many are ahead of you, live • Get notified when your turn is close • No more guessing how long the wait is • Travel, work, or relax until you need to show up FOR QUEUE OPERATORS • Run any line — pickup point, service counter, depot, event • Real-time visibility into who's queued and how long they've waited • Built-in messaging between operator and customer • Verified-user system for trust and safety HOW IT WORKS 1. Operator opens a queue at a location. 2. People join the queue from their phone — no walking up needed. 3. Everyone watches the live board. 4. When you're near the front, head over. WHY LOADQ • Real-time — updates every few seconds • Bilingual English / French • Free during soft launch • Built for any line, anywhere Questions? Reach us at support@loadq.ca.
