eProKar is an application to make it easier to use the SAPA web application
eProKar is a mobile application designed to simplify the use of the SAPA web application on mobile devices. SAPA (Program Karya Pelayanan dan Anggaran) is a web application developed by the Archdiocese of Jakarta for planning work programs and monitoring the extent of planned budget utilization within the Archdiocese of Jakarta. eProKar was created privately and is unofficial. This application was developed without the support of the SAPA development team. Therefore, any questions regarding this application can be directed to us directly, without disturbing the SAPA development team. eProKar is a continuation of the Program Karya extension previously created for desktop browsers, with several additions specifically for mobile devices—as the SAPA interface itself is not yet fully optimized for touchscreens. eProKar Features: From the Work Program extension (retained): - Reporting of Work Program status for each Work Device - On the home page after logging in, the following Programs are displayed: Funding Requests (New, Returned, and Programs within the next 4 months), and Realization (New, Returned, and Programs for which Funding Requests have been submitted but no Reports Report has been submitted). - In the Realization/Returned Report form, the Implementation Target has been changed to a drop-down menu. - Fields with disabled text have had their text color changed to a more contrasting color. - DKP and HID Fee Types have been hidden from selection. - The Cost/Revenue Type pop-up box has been created with a more contrasting border. Mobile-specific additions: - The Cost Detail and Final Fee tables now automatically expand once a new row is filled, eliminating the need to tap the screen again to view the full view. - Scrolling in forms and tables, which previously often stopped mid-swipe, now runs smoothly and follows the direction of the touch. - The Unit Price/Nominal Unit field, which previously couldn't be typed on some Android devices, can now be filled in as usual. - The display fills the full screen (edge-to-edge) beyond the status bar and gesture navigation area, without any distracting additional color bars. - The eProKar menu and its icons have been made easier to tap and read on narrow phone screens.
