EZROUND is a mobile inspection app designed for factories, plant administration, warehouses, retail stores, and field locations. It integrates on-site inspections, form completion, anomaly documentation, supervisor approval, and report export into a single workflow, ensuring that every round of inspections can be confirmed, tracked, and reviewed.
[Inspector On-Site Operations]
・Scan NFC tags or QR codes to confirm inspection locations and arrival times.
・Fill out the inspection form item by item, clearly indicating required and incomplete fields.
・Take photos directly when an anomaly is found, adding the reason, reading, or handling instructions.
・If the network is interrupted during submission, temporarily store the inspection and photos on the device, and synchronize them after the connection is restored.
・If returned, retain the original content, supplement the documents according to the supervisor's reasons, retake the required photos, and resubmit.
[Supervisor Review and Tracking]
・View task progress, overdue items, anomalies, and pending approval records.
・Check each inspection form, time, photo, and anomaly description.
・Approve directly, or return to the inspector with a reason.
・Retain the approval history of each submission, return, and resubmission.
・Query records by date, factory, equipment type, result, and approval status.
[Tag and Collaboration Management]
・Manage the binding, status, and change history of NFC and QR inspection tags.
・Generate and share QR tags. Tag images, or export A4 PDFs based on the filtered results for printing.
• Monitor unread notifications, task updates, and platform announcements through the message center.
Applicable Scenarios: Equipment inspection, factory inspection, safety inspection, and multi-site management including branch factories, warehouses, stores, and field locations.
EZROUND connects on-site operations with management checks. Inspectors can complete records before leaving their locations, and supervisors can track progress and anomalies, reducing paper compilation, scattered photos, and repeated questioning.
Instructions for Use: This app is also used as an organizational inspection tool. Actual available functions and permissions depend on the organization's settings and plans. Before use, organizational administrators must complete the settings for members, equipment, inspection forms, and tasks. NFC inspections require NFC-enabled devices; QR code scanning and on-site photography require camera permissions.
