Tabi - Trip Management

Tabi 旅 is the command post for a trip with friends: a day-by-day itinerary, lists everyone can tick off, and a budget that knows who owes what. No signal? Everything stays editable, and it all syncs the moment the network is back. THE WHOLE TRIP IN ONE PLACE A name, two dates, and the itinerary builds itself. Every trip starts with six lists ready to fill: Itinerary, Before departure, Wishes, Shopping, Packing and Useful info. Add your own, rename them, and pick their colour and icon. DAY-BY-DAY ITINERARY • Each day is split into blocks: Morning, Midday, Afternoon, Evening. • Time, place, price, who is on it: it all fits on one line. • Drag an item from one block to another, or move it to another day. • One line is enough to capture everything: "AA batteries x3 800 JPY 13h-15h @Ami #omiyage" becomes a purchase with its quantity, price, time slot, owner and tag. TOGETHER, IN REAL TIME • Invite someone in five seconds: a code you can read out loud, a QR code to scan, or a link. • Three roles: owner (everything), editor (can edit), viewer (read only). • Invitations expire after 7 days and can be revoked at any time. • See who is online, and which screen they are on. OFFLINE INCLUDED On the plane, in the subway or deep in a valley, everything stays editable. Your changes wait on the device and are sent as soon as the network is back. MULTI-CURRENCY BUDGET • Yen, francs, euros: exchange rates per trip, totals in your own currency. • The planned total, its breakdown by list, and what each person has spent. • Who owes how much to whom, computed from the checked items. SHOPPING MODE In the shop, the screen shows nothing but the shopping list. Tick items, fix the prices, say who paid. Actual is compared with planned, and it all goes to the budget. TODAY During the trip, one screen sums up the day: local time and the time back home, the current block, the next activity with its countdown, and what has been spent today. AND ALSO • Wishes: note ideas with a priority, then place them into a day. • Journal: who checked, moved or changed what, and when. An item deleted by mistake comes back in one tap. • Reminders 30 minutes before activities, scheduled on the device, with no server involved. • Export a trip as Markdown or as a calendar file (.ics). • Interface in English, French and Japanese. Light and dark themes. YOUR DATA • Sign in with a code sent by email: no password to remember. • No ads, no trackers, no analytics. • Data hosted in the European Union. • Delete your account directly from the app. Tabi is also available on the web: your trips follow you on every screen.
