Booked: Appointment Booking

Booked is the shop side of Booked.co, an online booking service for barbershops, salons, studios and other appointment-based shops. Owners, managers and staff sign in to see the day, manage bookings and keep the shop's services, staff and hours up to date. YOUR DAY - Today's calendar for the whole shop, grouped by staff member. - A day view with each booking's time, customer, service, price and status. - Open a booking to check the customer in, mark it completed or a no-show, reschedule it, cancel it, add notes, or book the next visit. - Add walk-ins and phone bookings yourself. - Before a time is offered, Booked checks the service's duration, the shop's booking buffer, staff schedules and time off. The same staff member cannot be booked into two overlapping appointments. YOUR BOOKING PAGE - Customers book online at your booked.co page: they choose a service, a staff member and a time, then enter their contact details. Customers book in a web browser and do not need this app. - Your name, category, logo and color appear on your booking page. - Optional push notifications on this phone for new and canceled bookings. They stay off until you turn them on. SERVICES, STAFF AND HOURS - Services with their duration and price. - Staff members with the services they offer and their own weekly schedules. - Shop hours, closures and special hours, and time off for the whole shop or one person. - Classes: give a service more than one seat. When a class is full, customers can join a waitlist and are told when a place opens. CUSTOMERS - A customer list with search, tags and notes. - Export customers and bookings to CSV. Import customers, services and staff from a CSV file. REMINDERS AND REVIEWS - Email confirmations and reminders for your customers. - Reply to reviews publicly. Replies appear under the review on your booking page. ON YOUR PHONE - Optional app lock using your fingerprint, face or the phone's passcode. - Sign in with your email and password, or with a one-time code by email or text message. PLANS Booked is a subscription service. Using it requires a Booked account with an active plan, and some features require the Pro plan: - The Starter plan includes one staff member. More staff require Pro. - Deposits and card payments at booking require Pro and a connected Stripe account. - Text-message (SMS) reminders require Pro and the SMS add-on. - Gift cards, packages and memberships, tips, no-show fees and more than one location require Pro. - Tap to Pay on Android requires Pro, a compatible Android phone with NFC, and a connected Stripe account.
