Your school library, in your pocket.
Your school library, in your pocket. And it learns what you love. Adaptive Library connects you to your school's library. Find a book, reserve it, track what you have borrowed, and read ebooks right in the app. The more you read, the better it knows you, so the next great book is always waiting. An Adaptive Library account comes from your school. Sign in with the email or school ID your library gave you. A SHELF THAT ADAPTS TO YOU • Tell the app what you enjoy: genres, topics, the stories you love • Get a For You shelf built from your interests, your reading and your reviews • See why each book was picked, such as "Matches your reading interests" or "Fresh in the catalog" • New picks every time you visit, never the same list twice • A Book of the Day, and new arrivals from your own school • Filter by age group and grade level ASK AEVA Aeva is your library's assistant, the same friendly guide you may know from AdaptiveHub. She talks like a school librarian at the reference desk. • Ask about your own loans, holds and fines and get answers from your real account • Find out how the library works and where things are in the app • Learn how to search a topic, judge a source and cite it in APA, MLA or Chicago • Not sure what to read next? Ask for ideas • She coaches your research. She will not write your assignment or answer your test. FIND AND RESERVE • Search the whole school catalog, even with a typo • See what is on the shelf now, and where to find it • Reserve a book and get notified when it is ready • Search faster with shortcuts like author, subject and format READ ANYWHERE • Read ebooks and open-access academic papers in a built-in reader • Listen with read-aloud • Look up words in the dictionary and save them to your vocabulary deck • Highlight and bookmark, and pick up where you left off on any device • Choose from reading themes, including a Bionic Reading mode READING THAT REWARDS YOU • Earn XP, level up and customize your own character • Build daily reading streaks • Collect badges and join school reading challenges • Climb the leaderboard, or opt out of it • See your Year in Review STAY ON TOP OF YOUR LIBRARY • Due dates, renewals and reservations in one place • Reminders before something is due, so fines never surprise you • View fines and payments, and appeal a charge • Report a lost or damaged book • Message the library staff • See school events and announcements on the calendar CHECK IN FAST Scan the QR code at the library kiosk, or enroll your face once if your school offers face check-in. No card needed. CAMPUS LIFE Join student clubs, read school publications and keep up with your school's library news. FOR LIBRARY STAFF Librarians and admins sign in with the same app to use the scan desk, look up members and manage catalog records on the go. Scan an ISBN or photograph a cover and Aeva fills in the record for you to review. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your school's library data stays in your school's own database. What you read stays between you and your library. Face check-in is optional, needs your consent, and stores only an encrypted template, never your photo. Adaptive Library is part of the AdaptiveHub family of school apps by Oronikola. Questions? Ask your school librarian.
