Load any page in Android WebView and inspect settings, console and storage.
WebView Tester is a developer utility for inspecting how a page behaves inside the Android WebView. Type a URL or paste raw HTML, then watch what the WebView actually does — without wiring up a debug build of your own app first. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Load a URL, or paste and render your own HTML snippet • Change WebSettings live — JavaScript, User-Agent, Force Dark, file and content access — and see the page react without restarting • Read the JavaScript console (log, warn, error) with timestamps, and copy the whole buffer to the clipboard • Browse what the page stored: cookies, localStorage and sessionStorage, in a tree you can expand and clear per category • Clear cache, history and cookies on demand • Keep a history of the URLs you opened and step back through them WHO IT IS FOR Web and mobile developers who need to reproduce a WebView-only bug, check that a page renders correctly inside an app shell, or confirm which WebSettings a page depends on. NOTES • This app contains ads. • No account or sign-in. Nothing you type is sent to us — URLs and HTML are processed locally by the Android System WebView. • Pages you open are loaded from their own servers and are subject to their own privacy policies. • Requires a working internet connection to load remote pages.
