📐 AR Measure & Floor Plan – measure and plan spaces from your phone Turn your phone into a smart ruler and a pocket floor-plan tool! Measure distances, angles and areas with your camera and augmented reality (AR Ruler), draw room and apartment floor plans, and get material estimates and ready-to-share reports – all without an internet connection. 📏 Augmented-reality (AR) measuring • Measure the distance between two points on real surfaces. • Chain several segments and see the running total. • Measure angles with three points (acute / right / obtuse). • Calculate the area and perimeter of any surface or polygon. • Snap a photo of your measurement and share it instantly. • Every measurement is saved to a history you can export to CSV. 📷 Measure from photos • Take a photo or pick one from your gallery. • Calibrate with a known length: a bank card, an A4 sheet, or any custom length. • Measure distances, angles and areas on the photo. • Save the annotated photo and share it. 🏠 Room and apartment floor plans • Draw a room on a 2D grid by tapping the corners. • Ready-made templates: rectangle, L-shape, or freehand. • Type wall lengths as numbers. • Add, delete and drag corners. • Rotate and move rooms; pinch to zoom. • Build a whole apartment with several rooms in one project. • Automatic snapping of rooms and walls. • Undo / redo, with every change saved automatically. 🚪 Doors, windows and openings • Add a door, a window or an open passage to any wall. • Set width, height and sill height. • Choose the door swing direction. • Slide the opening along the wall. • Opening areas are automatically deducted from the wall area. 📱 Capture a room plan with the camera Point the camera at the floor corners and the plan is drawn automatically: • Mark the corners on the floor. • Measure the ceiling height. • Mark doors and windows. • Square up wall angles to correct the plan. 📊 Calculations and estimates A complete summary for every room and for the whole apartment: • Floor area, ceiling area and perimeter. • Gross and net wall area (openings deducted). • Room volume. • Length and area of every wall, and the size of every opening. • Paint estimate for walls and ceiling (litres, adjustable coverage). • Flooring estimate with a waste percentage. 🏗️ 3D view • See the room or apartment as a 3D model with true wall heights. • Doors and windows in their real positions. • Drag to rotate, pinch to zoom. • Perspective or orthographic projection. • Cut-away mode to look inside the room. 📤 Export and share • PNG – a picture of the plan with dimensions. • PDF – a full report with the plan, measurements and calculations. • DXF – open the plan in AutoCAD and other CAD software. • JSON – a backup of your project data. • CSV – export your measurement history. 📐 Smart spirit level Switches automatically depending on how you hold the phone: • Bull's-eye level when the phone lies flat. • Horizontal level when it rests on its edge. • Vertical level when held against a wall. • Zero it on any surface. • Vibrates when you reach level. 🌍 Languages and units 11 languages: English, Arabic, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, Russian, Chinese, Hindi and Indonesian. Home improvement, renovation and interior design; engineers, technicians, contractors and real-estate agents; anyone who needs a quick measurement and a clear plan from their phone. ℹ️ Good to know • AR features require an Android phone that supports Google Play Services for AR (ARCore). Everything else (floor plans, photo measuring, 3D view, spirit level) works on any phone. • Measurements are approximate and depend on camera and sensor accuracy; they are not a substitute for professional measuring in critical work.
