Aktenpilot is the free companion app for aktenpilot.com. It takes your receipts from paper straight into your bookkeeping – no piles of paper, no typing. IMPORTANT: The app only works together with an Aktenpilot account. Without an account on www.aktenpilot.com you cannot sign in or use the app. The app itself is free, has no ads and no purchases. HOW IT WORKS Take a photo of a receipt, the AI reads it, and a few seconds later you see the amount, date, supplier, invoice number and tax rates. The receipt is filed in the right client right away and is ready to be booked in Aktenpilot. FEATURES • Scan receipts – multi-page invoices, long till receipts and existing PDFs or photos • Review your scan – reorder pages, crop, retake; the original is always kept • AI extraction – amount, date, invoice number, supplier, document type and the tax per rate (e.g. 10 % and 20 % on a restaurant bill) • Mark cash payments and note the business purpose right when you scan • Works offline – without a connection, scans wait in a queue and upload automatically once you are back online • Background upload – keeps running even when you leave the app • Duplicate detection – the same receipt is never recorded twice • Receipt overview with search, filters, detail view and the original PDF • Several clients or companies in one account • App lock with fingerprint or device PIN • Light and dark mode • German, English, Italian and French WHO IT IS FOR For freelancers, small and medium-sized businesses and their tax advisors who already use Aktenpilot. Booking, bank reconciliation, reports and exports happen in the web application at www.aktenpilot.com – on the go, the app takes care of the first step: capturing your receipts. PRIVACY Transfers are encrypted and your data is stored in the EU. No ads, no tracking. The camera is used only to capture receipts. You can delete your account in the app under Settings.
