R&W NFC — Read & write NFC tags, and manage templates Put your idea onto an NFC tag in seconds: read what any tag holds, or build a template and write it, then save it to reuse later. Everything works offline with no account, and all your data stays on your device only. ■ Read • Hold your phone near any NFC tag and see its content instantly. • Human-readable view for Wi-Fi, location, profile and contact tags instead of raw text. • Copy or share the content with one tap. ■ Write • Preview the NDEF message size before writing, with a warning if the tag is too small. • Writes NDEF and auto-formats blank tags. • Optional: lock the tag permanently after writing (read-only). • Clear full-screen success/failure feedback. ■ Template types • Text • Link / website / social handle • Email (with subject and body) • Wi-Fi — standard WSC format so phones connect with a tap (password entered manually) • Contact (vCard) • Location — from your current GPS or a Google Maps link • Phone (tel:) • SMS (number + message) • Profile — an identity tag with the fields you choose (name, phone, email, website, company, job title, address) ■Manage • Save templates, search them, and rewrite them anytime. • Share any template as a QR code (any scanner understands it: WIFI: / MECARD: / geo: / tel: …). • Import / export all templates as a JSON file for backup or transfer. • A history of your recent reads and writes. ■ Privacy & security • The app collects, transmits and sells nothing. No servers, no analytics, no ads. • All templates and profile data are stored locally only; Android auto-backup is disabled. • Optional app lock with fingerprint or face unlock. • Erase everything anytime from Settings → Clear all data. ■ Permissions & why • NFC — the core read/write feature. • Precise location — only when you tap “Use current location” inside a location template; A one-time foreground capture, no background tracking. • Wi-Fi / network state — to read the current network name when creating a Wi-Fi template. • The app does NOT request the contacts permission — selection goes through the system picker.
