Roll, climb and outwit the magical guardians on your way to the Royal Castle. Royal Snakes Arena is an original fantasy take on the hundred-square roll-and-move board game. Adventurers race up a mountain toward the castle at its summit. Royal ladders carry them upward; magical guardians - serpentine creatures who wake when disturbed - drag them back down. FOUR WAYS TO PLAY • Solo vs AI - three tiers of computer opponent, from a gentle first game to one that plays the odds properly. Plays offline. • Pass & Play - two to four players on one phone, with an optional hidden-turn screen between seats. Plays offline. • Online - matched against a player near your rating, with the board state settled by the server rather than the phone. • Private Room - share a room code and play the people you actually know. AND AROUND THE BOARD • A ranked ladder with a rating that moves with your results, and a crest for every tier from bronze up to grandmaster. • Bracketed tournaments with real stakes. • A season of missions that refreshes when it ends. • Ten board themes and a set of playing pieces to unlock, earned with coins from matches or from an advertisement you chose to watch. FAIR BY CONSTRUCTION The computer opponents do not cheat. They see exactly what you see and roll from the same generator you do - opponent style changes how long they deliberate, not how well they play. Themes and tokens are cosmetic: none of them changes a rule, a probability or a reward. NO ACCOUNT NEEDED TO PLAY Solo and Pass & Play need no account and no network connection at all. Signing in is what puts you on the ranked ladder and lets friends find you - and you can do that as a guest, which asks for nothing about you. Royal Snakes Arena is free to play and supported by advertising. No advertisement is ever shown during a turn. The traditional roll-and-move board game concept is public domain.
