Works on more devices: phones and tablets without a microphone can now install AIO Field (voice typing needs a microphone). • Saved guides stay on your phone, even if your sign-in expires or the clock is off. • Save all your guides for offline use in one step. • Voice typing in Assist, and smaller photos with a Detail photo option. • The guide list opens on Sensors. Many small fixes.
Project guides, encrypted offline PDFs and AI help for authorised AIO teams.
AIO Field gives authorised field technicians, contractors, laboratory technicians and HQ staff controlled access to current technical documentation for their assigned projects. Sign in with a pre-approved account, find the right PDF and download an encrypted offline copy before travelling to a site with limited connectivity. Features include: • Invite-only sign-in with an email code or an account password. • Document access based on assigned roles, countries and projects. • A PDF library with page-level search and remembered reading position. • Encrypted offline downloads with file-integrity verification. • Online AI assistance based on the documentation available to your account, with source references and optional photo attachments. • In-app reporting of an AI answer that needs review. • Central access revocation and controlled offline-file removal. • Owner tools for managing authorised users and document access. An approved account is required. Download documents while online before using them offline. AI assistance requires an internet connection; check its answers against the cited manuals and your organisation's procedures. AIO Field is a field-support application. It does not connect to an operational monitoring or control system.
