Fleet, rentals, collections and finances of your rent-a-car, from your phone.
Made by and for car rental companies in the Dominican Republic. FleetPro is the management system for a car rental business: fleet, orders, customers, payments, contracts, and finances all in one place, right on your phone. It's not just a car reservation app: it's the tool the owner and their team use to run the business. ORDERS AND CONTRACTS • Rental orders with daily rates, extras, insurance, and delivery fees. • Digital contract with remote signature: the customer signs from their own phone. • Drop-offs and returns with photos, odometer readings, and damage reports. • Invoices, receipts, and contracts in PDF format, ready to share. FLEET • Vehicle profile with photos, documents, insurance policy, and maintenance records. • Up-to-date availability: which units are rented, which are available, and which are in the shop. • GPS tracking of units with compatible devices. • Third-party (external) vehicles with their own commission. COLLECTIONS AND FINANCE • Outstanding balance per order and accounts receivable per month. • Credit card payment links for your customers. • Income, expenses, and partner distribution with closing reports in PDF format. TEAM • Employee accounts with permissions per module. • Community: chat between owners and team, with voice notes. • History of who did what and when. • Insurance policy and passport return reminders. FleetPro is activated per company. Contact us through the support page (https://fleet-rent.web.app/soporte) and we'll create the owner's account for you.
