Updated privacy information and billing preparation for schedules of values, G702/G703-style summaries, T&M, and closeout records.
SOV pay apps with G702/G703-style billing, retention, T&M, and closeout.
Pay App: G702 SOV Billing is an offline billing-preparation tool for subcontractors managing monthly draws. It does not connect to an accounting system or submit documents for you. Build a schedule of values from a bid and update percent complete by line. The app calculates a G702/G703-style summary from the line detail, rolls prior work forward, and subtracts prior net certificates once. Track the retention rate required by your contract, approved change orders, stored materials, and missing backup. The closeout meter identifies open as-builts, O&M manuals, warranty letters, test reports, and punch items that you record. T&M tickets record labor, equipment, materials, photo status, timestamp, and on-screen signature status. Totals use the rates and markups you enter. Create files on device, including a pay-app PDF, SOV CSV, conditional-waiver PDF, and closeout ZIP. You review each file and choose when and where to share it through Android. Core project work is local and does not require an account, backend, or cloud sync. Purchase and restore checks use Google Play services and may require a network connection. Free includes up to 2 active projects and 3 pay-app PDF exports; T&M tickets and photos remain available. Monthly, annual, and lifetime purchase options unlock unlimited projects and exports. Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew through Google Play until canceled. Lifetime is a one-time purchase. The purchase screen shows current prices and availability. This app creates G702/G703-style documents only. It is not an official AIA form, is not affiliated with or endorsed by AIA, and does not provide legal, accounting, or contract advice. Review your contract, waiver wording, retention terms, calculations, and closeout requirements before using an export.
