Apex Empower Mobile

Empower is the workplace app for the Apex Dental Partners team. It brings your offices, your teammates, and your day's work into one place, so you can stay connected whether you're at the front desk, in an operatory, or on the road. CAMPFIRE Keep up with what's happening across Apex. Read team news, celebrate shout-outs, share photos, and react and comment on posts from every office. CHAT AND CALLS Message anyone at Apex in direct messages or team rooms. Start a quick huddle call with a room, and keep talking when you switch apps or lock your phone. Incoming calls ring like a phone call, and you can answer or hang up right from the notification. MEETINGS See what's next on Meetings Home: who's in a meeting right now, what's coming up today and this week, and recaps of recent meetings with decisions and follow-up tasks. Join with one tap, or from the home-screen widget. TASKS Your work, all in one place. See what's due on My Tasks, browse projects by section, switch between saved views your team set up on the web, group by assignee or custom fields, and add new tasks with the details your project needs. SUPPORT Ask for help from anywhere. Open a support ticket, follow its progress, see who reported it, reply in the conversation, and schedule a visit with the date and time of day that works. SHARE TO EMPOWER Share screenshots, photos, PDFs, and links from any app straight into Empower. Start a new task with the file attached, add it to an existing task, or send it to a chat. STAY UP TO DATE Your profile shows which version of the app you're on and whether an update is ready, so you can update with one tap. PRIVACY ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN Meeting titles stay off your lock screen and widgets unless you turn them on in your profile. Empower is for Apex Dental Partners team members. Sign in with your Apex account.
