Blue Heron Bay

Welcome to the official app for Blue Heron Bay, a friendly 55+ lakeside community in Haines City, right in the heart of Central Florida. This app keeps residents connected to everything happening around the community, all in one easy place. Check the Activities calendar to see what’s coming up, catch up on the Monthly Newsletter, and read Messages from the office as they arrive. The Resident Portal gives you quick access to your resident resources, and Resort Info and the Resort Map help you find your way around the clubhouse, pools, and grounds. If something needs attention, you can use Report An Issue to let the office know, and Emergency Info is always close at hand when you need it. Thinking about calling Blue Heron Bay home? Browse Available Homes right from the app. You’ll also find Yard of the Month, local food and area spots nearby, and an App User Guide to help you get the most out of the app. Download the Blue Heron Bay app and stay in the loop with your neighbors and your community.
