EveryDay Launcher gives you a cleaner, simpler way to use your Android phone. Choose the apps you want available, reduce distractions, and keep everything else safely behind your PIN. Whether you're simplifying your own phone, setting one up for an older family member, or preparing a phone for your child, EveryDay puts you in control. SIMPLE HOME SCREEN Put the apps you use every day front and centre. • A calm home screen with only the apps you choose • No clutter, no endless pages of icons • Arrange your apps the way you like • Light and dark themes that follow your phone FOCUS MODE Pick your EveryDay apps. Everything else waits for your PIN. • Your chosen apps open as normal • Any other app asks for your PIN first • Phone settings are behind the PIN too • Turn Focus Mode on or off whenever you like Focus Mode uses Android's Accessibility service to do this. See the disclosure below. The service is optional and is only turned on after you read an in-app disclosure and tap "Agree and continue". EveryDay uses the AccessibilityService API to: • See which app is open or visible on screen, including split screen, pop-up windows and picture-in-picture • Ask for your PIN before an app you have not approved can be used in Focus Mode, returning to the Home screen or closing a picture-in-picture window where needed • Open the notification shade when you swipe down on the Home screen Your privacy: • EveryDay does not read screen text, typed text or passwords, and does not take screenshots • Information from the AccessibilityService API stays on your device. It is never collected, sent, shared, sold or used for advertising • You can turn the service off at any time in Android Settings > Accessibility > EveryDay.
