Barber OS Walk-In Kiosk turns any tablet into a self-service check-in station
Barber OS Walk-In Kiosk turns any tablet into a self-service check-in station for your shop's walk-in traffic. Mount it at the door, hand it to a client, or set it on the counter — check-ins happen without a staff member lifting a finger. How it works Clients complete a quick, guided check-in: pick a service, choose "first available" or wait for their preferred barber, and confirm their spot. A live queue panel shows who's next in real time, so clients always know where they stand and your team always knows who's up. Built for your shop, not a generic waitlist Simple 4-step check-in flow designed for walk-up use — no app download, no account required for clients Live queue view visible right on the kiosk Confirmation screen with a scannable QR code for tracking Auto-resets after inactivity, so it's always ready for the next client Signs in and locks to your shop's location — safe to leave unattended Setup in minutes Sign in with your Barber OS account, select your shop location, and you're ready to go. Switch locations or sign out anytime from the kiosk's settings. Requires an active Barber OS account with the Walk-In add-on enabled. Manage the add-on and view your kiosk from the Barber OS admin dashboard.
