We've embedded AI chatbot functionality in the SOT mobile app. This AI system helps users navigate seminars, sessions, floors, and rooms based on event schedules, while also providing detailed event information like descriptions, speakers, and timings. The mobile app now includes a map and a QR code feature, which will further enhance user experience and drive increased downloads across platforms.
