Set today’s ceiling and return to running—without rankings or pace pressure.
Most running apps sell the accelerator: faster, farther, more.
ok run. gives you a brake.
It is made for people beginning to run again after illness, surgery, or a long break—when you may have permission to exercise but still need time to trust your body.
■ Set today’s ceiling
Choose your own duration ceiling. In Health Connect mode, ok run. can read heart-rate and distance records saved by a compatible watch or workout app for the matching workout period.
The app never calculates or recommends a ceiling, and it never tells you to raise one.
■ Know when you have done enough
When notifications are allowed and you reach the duration you chose, ok run. sends one local alert. You decide whether to continue or stop.
The app does not end the run for you or keep pushing you with repeated alerts.
■ Walking still counts
A run finished as a walk is still complete. There are no streak failures, rankings, record competitions, or pace pressure.
■ Keep familiar routes
Save the actual route from a completed run as a familiar loop, or draw one yourself. When you run a selected route, ok run. does not act as turn-by-turn navigation. It gives one voice prompt only after you remain off course for a while.
■ Your records stay on your device
There is no account or first-party recording server. Heart-rate, location, and running records stay on your device. They are passed to Android’s share sheet only when you choose to export them.
There are no ads or ad tracking. Google Play and RevenueCat process anonymous purchase history only to validate and restore purchases. Google Maps SDK is used to display maps.
■ One purchase, no subscription
You can use every feature free for 7 days from first launch. This is not a subscription trial, and no charge starts automatically.
A launch discount is available through January 31, 2027. After that, the regular one-time price applies. There is no automatic renewal or expiration. You can restore your Google Play purchase after reinstalling.
Even without a purchase, you can continue to view, delete, and export records you already saved. Only starting a new run is locked.
■ Before you run
· ok run. alerts you about the duration ceiling you set. Configure live heart-rate alerts separately in the compatible watch or workout app you use. Heart-rate summaries require that app to save the workout to Health Connect.
· Without a wearable, ok run. can still record time and—when Location is allowed—distance and route.
· ok run. is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions.
· Always decide with your physician whether you should exercise and what level is appropriate.
