AI estimating for tile pros. Photos and voice notes in, priced proposals out.
Stop losing your nights to bidding. BidCraft Tile turns a walkthrough into a priced, professional proposal before you get back to the truck. Point your phone at the job. Snap a few photos, shoot a quick video, or just talk through what you're seeing. BidCraft reads the space, pulls the dimensions, works out the materials, and writes the scope — priced the way YOU price, not with generic numbers. HOW IT WORKS 1. Capture — photos, a walkthrough video, voice notes, even a photo of your handwritten measurements. Whatever's fastest on site. 2. Review — BidCraft pulls square footage, wall area, linear feet, and flags conditions it sees. You fix anything it got wrong. 3. Send — a clean, branded proposal your customer can read, sign, and pay. Same day. BUILT FOR TILE — NOT "CONSTRUCTION" IN GENERAL • Understands showers, floors, backsplashes, niches, curbs and benches • Knows waterproofing, backer board, thinset, grout and trim • Real manufacturer product catalogs, with the coverage math already done PRICED THE WAY YOU PRICE Set your day rate, overhead and margin once. Add your multipliers for tile size, material and pattern. Every proposal comes out priced like you'd price it — and it gets sharper as you save more jobs. GET PAID FASTER • Customers sign the proposal right on their phone • Deposit invoice goes out the moment they sign • Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer • Change orders for when the job grows KNOW YOUR NUMBERS WHILE IT STILL MATTERS Photograph receipts as you go and BidCraft reads them for you. See predicted vs. actual cost per job — so you find out you're over budget while you can still do something about it. YOU'RE NOT BIDDING ALONE Every account includes the BidCraft community — channels where tile pros talk through tricky installs, what to charge, and which jobs to walk away from. Ask a question, get an answer from someone who's actually done it. EARN YOUR RANK Real work moves you up. Sign jobs, log receipts, build out your catalog — and climb from Apprentice toward Master Craftsman, picking up bonus AI credits along the way.
