FieldProof stamps coordinates, altitude and bearing on every photo. MGRS, UTM.
Every photo you take carries its position, burned into the image itself. Not hidden in metadata that gets stripped the moment you email it or drop it in a chat. FieldProof is a GPS timestamp camera for people whose photographs have to answer a question later. Where was this. When. Which way was I facing. How good was the fix. COORDINATES, DONE PROPERLY Read your position as MGRS, UTM, decimal degrees or degrees minutes seconds, and switch between them with one tap. The grid reference on the photo is the same one in the record, so nothing has to be converted by hand afterwards. ALTITUDE THAT SAYS WHICH DATUM Height above mean sea level and height above the WGS84 ellipsoid, each labelled. The two differ by tens of metres depending on where you stand, so an unlabelled altitude is a number nobody can safely use. FieldProof shows both, every time. BEARING IN TRUE AND GRID NORTH Both are stamped, along with the grid convergence between them. If the camera is aimed too steeply up or down for the compass to be trusted, the bearing is marked as tilted rather than presented as fact. HONEST ABOUT ACCURACY The horizontal accuracy is always on screen and always on the photo, in metres. If the fix is poor, it says so before you press the shutter. If the location was reported as simulated, that warning goes onto the image and cannot be switched off. A RECORD THAT OUTLIVES THE PHOTO Every capture is indexed in the app with its full measured values, not the rounded text on the stamp. Search past work by grid reference, project or note. If your photo library ever refuses the write, FieldProof keeps the full resolution original itself, so nothing is lost. EXPORT THAT IS NOT HELD HOSTAGE Hand over a PDF contact sheet with each photograph beside its measurements, or a CSV with one row per capture at full precision for the spreadsheet the office actually works in. Export is part of a single one time purchase. There is no subscription. BUILT FOR THE FIELD Choose exactly which fields appear on the stamp and in what order. Work in metric or imperial. Group captures by project and stamp your company name alongside. Your photos and locations stay on the device: no account, no cloud upload, no ads. DISCREET WHEN IT MATTERS Silent capture takes the photo without the shutter sound, one tap from the camera screen. For process servers, inspectors and anyone documenting a situation where a shutter draws attention. Where local law requires a shutter sound, the phone plays it regardless. A SAVED SETUP PER JOB TYPE Name a stamp configuration and switch to it in one tap, instead of setting the fields again between a condition survey and a utility locate. FieldProof does not claim precision it cannot deliver. A phone gives a fix of a few metres, and the app tells you what it actually measured. That is the point.
