4-way auto-rotate, portrait/landscape auto-flip, and Pro power automation.
Keep your screen upright, stay in portrait or landscape while lying down, and switch orientation automatically when connected to power.
4-way auto-rotate: upright, even upside down
Automatically rotate between two portrait and two landscape orientations. On supported devices, this includes upside-down portrait—handy when using a stand or holding your phone upside down.
Lie back. Stay in portrait or landscape.
Choose landscape or portrait auto-flip. Flipping your phone switches only between orientations on the same axis: landscape stays landscape, and portrait stays portrait. Read or watch while lying down without unwanted switches between the two.
Connect to power. Switch orientation automatically (Pro).
Choose an orientation and trigger it with wired, wireless, or any power source. For example, place your phone upside down and connect the cable from above to bring the picture upright. Disconnecting power re-evaluates the current app rules and global settings. Rules follow the power connection state, so they can remain active even when the battery is full.
Set a preferred orientation for any app:
• Landscape
• Reverse landscape
• Portrait
• Reverse portrait
• Auto-rotate
• Four-way auto-rotate
Per-app orientation rules
Different apps work better in different directions. Set games to landscape, reading apps to portrait, video apps to landscape, or let other apps use Android's default. Rotation Fix applies the right setting automatically when each app opens.
Use Rotation Fix when:
• An app is stuck in portrait or will not rotate to landscape
• Auto-rotate behaves incorrectly
• A game, video app, tablet app, or foldable opens the wrong way
• You need reverse portrait or reverse landscape
Quick and reversible
Start or restore rotation from the app or Quick Settings. The persistent notification also includes a one-tap Restore action.
No Accessibility service
Rotation Fix uses a transparent, non-touchable overlay to request orientation. Per-app rules use Android Usage Access only to identify the current foreground app. No Accessibility permission is required.
Rotation Fix Pro
Upgrade for unlimited per-app rules, resume after reboot, and additional compatibility options. One purchase. No subscription.
Important
Android manufacturers and individual apps may handle orientation differently. Some apps, protected windows, system screens, or OEM interfaces may prevent forced rotation. Rotation Fix can control orientation in many situations, but cannot guarantee that every app will adapt its layout correctly.
