LOCAL RECORDKEEPING No BPS account or shared workspace is needed for core recordkeeping. Records are device-local; this is not cloud sync or a hosted backup service. Advertising and store purchases use network services. IMPORTANT BOUNDARY Manual records do not determine water safety, chemical dosing, treatment needs, equipment condition, code compliance, or professional service requirements.
