What's newin version 1.5.0
The coefficient ranking now moves: results in Europe win your country European places, or lose them. As your country climbs, so does your league: more TV money, bigger sponsors, bigger crowds. Above every league: your country's rank and European places. Tap it for the full ranking. After the Continental Cup final, a letter brings the new ranking. Plus fixes from your reports. Install by 31 October and the full game stays free for you, for good.
About this app
Offline football manager. Your club, your call.
Your club needs a manager. Take the job and stay for the long haul, season after season, until the table says what you're worth. Trainer's Boardroom is a football manager game for Android that runs fully offline. You pick the side, do your own deals and keep an eye on the money. Matches play out minute by minute, and you can change things from the touchline while the ball is still rolling. Meanwhile every other club gets on with its own season every single day, whether you're watching or not. WHERE IT'S HEADING I'm Fabian, and I've been building Trainer's Boardroom since February 2026. Updates keep coming until the full game, version 2.0, lands at the end of 2026. Each one gets a few lines in the dev diary on trainersboardroom.com: what's new, what broke along the way and what comes next. Plenty of it starts with a message from one of you. YOUR WORLD • 100 leagues in 51 countries and 1,458 clubs, each with its own crest, budget, strength and ground • Three European competitions, from the qualifiers in July to a final at a neutral venue. Knocked out in the qualifiers of the big one? You drop into the next • League and cup, promotion, relegation and play-offs, run the way each country runs them • Your screens wear your club's colours, and every competition has colours of its own • The cup draw grows into a bracket, round by round • Sim a match or follow it live and step in when it matters. Shoot-outs go kick by kick • Rival managers have their own idea: a favourite shape and style, set up for their squad and for you, and they change it when they fall behind THE TRANSFER MARKET • Two steps, like the real thing: agree a fee with the club, then wages and contract length with the player • Players name the contract length they want. Get it wrong and it costs you wages • Loans with an option to buy and split wages, fees paid in instalments, free agents • Prospects have a say. Promise a pro contract or first-team football and they'll give you an answer a week later • Established players won't go just anywhere • Bids for your players vary, sometimes two clubs go head to head, and an offer stands for a week • The other clubs do their own business: they buy, sell, loan, counter and walk away YOUR CLUB • The board sets the target, judges your season and decides how much rope you get • The books month by month: a season budget you can shift between fees and wages, a bank loan when it's tight, ticket and shirt prices, a club shop • Three sponsor offers to choose from, each with its own bonus targets and small print • Build up the stadium, academy and scouting, or scale them back when money's short • Training every week, with a mark for everyone who trains • Drop a player to the bench and he'll let you know about it • News, rumours and a fan feed that react to what actually happened on the pitch, plus an inbox for every decision PLAY IT YOUR WAY • No internet and no account needed • Sign in with Google Play Games if you like: your career is backed up and carries on on a new phone, and there are 17 achievements to collect • In English, German and Croatian EARLY ACCESS It's early access and rough around the edges in places. You can't move to another club during a career yet. Big updates sometimes only show in full in a new career, while the one you're playing keeps the rules it started with. My bug list is long and public. Every report goes on it, and it gets shorter with each update. WHAT IT COSTS Install by 31 October and the full game is yours for free, for good. From November, every new career starts with a free season, then the full game is €6.99, paid once and shown in your currency. No subscription, no ads and nothing that buys you an edge. That won't change.
