Keep a holiday cabin or short-term rental ready for the next guests. Add each property with its size, guest count, rooms and amenities. Build checklists per room, with due dates, weekly, monthly, seasonal or yearly repeats, an assignee, notes and photos. A turnover list covers the changeover: cleaning, linen, towels, the dishwasher, toiletries, the lock code and heating or air conditioning, with your own check-in and checkout times. Seasonal routines cover opening for the season, closing for winter, and garden or outdoor work. CabinNote Pro adds a starter checklist from the property description, a task suggested from a photo of a problem, a short summary of what is due this week, a supplies list with low-stock flags, and a clean PDF you can hand to a cleaner.
